      suppose Rs 100 note ki printing cost Rs 2 hai,, and usko bank tak pahuchane k average cost Rs 3 hai.. Then total cost iska RBI ko hua Rs 2+3= Rs 5.
      Face value hai Rs 100
      hence Seigniorage= 100-5=Rs 95
