          Jo govt hai rural poor ko target kr rha h.. poore passage me govt ko negative show kiya h. Aur rural migrants hai and passage kis bare me jo slums hai jinhe demolish kiya ja rha h.. ab demolish kiya ja rha h means they are not legal.. jo legal h nhi uska registration paper to proper hoga nhi. Aur proper nhi hoga to urban benefits k liye hua na ineligible
