    India and Pakistan signed the memorandum of obligations on 24 June 2016 at Tashkent, thereby starting the formal process of joining the SCO as full members. The acceptance process will take some months, by which they are expected to become full members by the next meeting at Astana in 2017

  7. Things i have seen in terms of computer memory is always that there are requirements such as SDRAM, DDR or anything else, that must fit the specific features of the motherboard. If the pc’s motherboard is fairly current while there are no computer OS issues, modernizing the ram literally will take under an hour.
