I have realized that over the course of constructing a relationship with real estate owners, you’ll be able to get them to understand that, in each and every real estate contract, a commission is paid. In the end, FSBO sellers never “save” the percentage. Rather, they try to win the commission by simply doing a agent’s job. In completing this task, they shell out their money and time to carry out, as best they might, the tasks of an realtor.
