SBI’s new home loan scheme: Hamara Ghar offer
In an effort to push home loans, State Bank of India (SBI) announced a scheme offering fixed rate for the first two years at 8.5% for women and 8.55% for men.
- In SBI’s new loan offer Hamara Ghar, once the fixed term of two years ends, the interest rate on the home loan will be linked to the prevailing oneyear marginal cost of funds based lending rate (MCLR).

ISRO to launch record 103 satellites in one go in February

- The space agency had earlier planned a launch of 83 satellites in the last week of January, of which 80 were foreign ones. But with the addition of 20 more foreign satellites, the launch was delayed by a week and will now take place in first week of February.
