Union Textiles Minister inaugurates 1st North East Investors’ Summit in Shillong

The first ever “Investors Summit” exclusively for North Eastern Region (NER), organized jointly by the Ministry of Textiles and the Ministry of DoNER during 29-30 January, 2017, was inaugurated by the Union Textiles Minister, Smt. Smriti Zubin Irani in Shillong, at the State Convention Centre, on 29th January, 2017.


IMD plans weather stations in 660 district for better forecast

World’s largest Ouija board sets Guinness record

A new Guinness World Record has been set in the US for the largest Ouija board (a board with letters, numbers, and other signs around its edge, to which a planchette, movable pointer, or upturned glass moves, supposedly in answer to questions from people at a séance) – measuring a whopping 121 square metres – constructed on the roof of a 130-year-old hotel that is believed to be haunted.
