1. Feign (verb) – Make believe with the intention of deceiving; to present a false appearance of.

  • Synonyms: Act, Forge, Assume, Bluff, Counterfeit, Dissemble, Fake
  • Antonyms: Actual, Real , Truthful, Honest
  • Usage: I feign sleep when Mom checks up on me after bedtime, then I go back to playing video games when she leaves.

2. Dissipate (noun) – Disappear or cause to disappear (feeling and emotion) ; drive away.

8. Bizarre (adjective) – Very strange or unusual.

  • Synonyms: Strange, odd, unusual, weird, absurd, crazy, kinky
  • Antonyms: Normal, common, realistic, reasonable, ordinary, sensible
  • Usage: The bizarre movie we watched last night was so odd we left the theater in stunned silence.

9. Blithe (adjective) – Carefree and unconcerned.
