    1. After ‘to’, generally ing is not used.
      But there are few cases where ing is used.
      If ‘to’ follows a noun then ing is used.
      Here saturate is not a noun. So to + verb only.

          Their b correct hai yahn as the sentence says the company hopes. Ab company to hope nhi kregi, uske owners ya shareholders hope kar rahe hai . To yahn their ka use is not wrong
