    Ques no 8 .. What is the reason of using ‘also is’? as we know adverb ‘also’ comes after helping verb..

      Q.no. 8
      Explanation may be ambiguous to you.
      Income and spending are two different aspects. Yet they are interrelated.
      If we have talked about common aspects of same thing, then the rule you mentioned ought to be followed.
