2))The wheat sold by a shopkeeper contained 10% low quality wheat. What quantity of good quality wheat should be added to 150 kg of wheat so that percentage of low quality wheat becomes 5%?

        1. 1)
          initial ratio of milk : water = 80 : 20 = 4 :1
now 75% taken out means 75/100 = 3/4 taken out
          10 l of water added
          final ratio of milk : water = 60 : 40 = 3 :2
          SO

          [4x – (3/4)*4x] / [x – (3/4)*x +10] = 3/2

          SOlve, x = 24

          so initial milk = 4x = 2*24 l
