      First of all, the correct sentence is given. And then, the erroneous part is explained.

      Like in 6th sentence:- the correct statement is-
      Over the last two decades, several areas of the economy have been deemed sunrise sectors. This billing meant broad recognition of the sector’s potential to generate vast amounts of jobs and revenue. Policymakers put in place measures such as tax breaks to encourage these sectors.

      There is an error in part b where “amount” should be replaced by “amounts”.

      After the end of the correct statement, the difference between two is explained.
