    3002
    3578
    3451
    3774
    3770
    Option B
    339% of 803 + 77.8% of 1107 = ?
    = (340×800)/100 + (78×1100)/100
    = 2720 + 858 = 3578

  2. 333.33 + 33.33 + 13 + 0.33 + 0.03 = ?
    330.4
    350.5
    300.3
    380.2
    385.3
    Option D
    333.33 + 33.33 + 13 + 0.33 + 0.03 = ?
    = 380.2

  3. 525 – (13)² + 63 = (?)² + 95
    17
    12
    15
    18
    14
    Option D
    525 – (13)² + 63 = (?)² + 95
    (?)^2+95 = 525–169+63
    (?)^2 = 419 –95
    = √324
    = 18

  4. (62.5 × 12 × 3) ÷ 9 – 34 = (?)^3
    8
    11
    6
    5
    2
    Option C
    (62.5 × 12 × 3) ÷ 9 – 34 = (?)^3
    (?)^3 = 250–34
    = (216)^1/3
    = 6

  5. √4624 + √841 +1 = 14 × ?
    10
    13
    7
    5
    15
    Option C
    √4624 + √841 +1 = 14 ×?
    68 + 29 + 1 = 14 ×?
    = 7

  6. Four examiners examine a certain number of answer papers in 10 days by working for five hours a day. For how many hours in a day would two examiners have to work in order to examine twice the number of answers papers in 20 days?
    20 hours
    10 hours
    30 hours
    50 hours
    40 hours
    Option B
Let the required hours per day are t hours.
    10×4×5/n = 20×2×t/2n
    => t = 20/2
    => t = 10 hours

  7. A man can row 40 Km upstream and 55 Km downstream in 13 h. Also, he can row 30 km upstream and 44 Km downstream in 10 h. Find the speed of the man in still water.
    8 km/h
    6 km/h
    5 km/h
    12 km/h
    10km/h
    Option A
    40/x + 55/y = 13 …. (i)
    30/x + 44/y = 10 …. (ii)
    Solving the equations (i) and (ii), we get x = 5 and y = 11
speed of the man in still water
    = 1/2 (x + y) = 1/2 (5 + 11)
    = 16/2 = 8 km/h

  8. Arun bought a computer with 15% discount on the labelled price. He sold the computer for Rs. 2880 with 20% profit on the labelled price. At what price did he buy the computer?

    2000
    3000
    Option C
    120% of labelled price = 2880
    85% of labelled price = (2880×85)/120
    = 2040

    Rs. 1111
    Rs. 1400
    Rs. 1419
    Option E
    Amount of each installment
    = 100 p/[ 100n+ n(n−1)r/2] => 220 = 100p/[100 × 6 + 6(6−1)3/2] => 220 = 100p/(600 + 45)
    =>p = 220/100*645
    = Rs. 1419

    51/121
    Option C
Five persons is to be chosen from a group of 10 people
    = 10C5 = 252
    Couple Serve together = 8C3 * 2C2 = 56
    Couple does not serve = 8C5 = 56
