          last yr salary ratio is 4:5 …for tina, last yr salary is 6 units and present yr salary 7 unit …to find present salary we have to divide last yr tinas salary then multiply by 7…but here last yr salary ratio is 4:5 …4/6 give decimal value..so convert the last yr salary ratio to a ratio which is a multiple of 6…so take new last yr ratio as 6x( 4:5)=24: 30…
