    Let Speed of the man is x km/hr.

      Given a man climb 1m in 1min and slip down 50cm.
      Then in 1min he climb only 50cm.
      50cm 1min
      Then 2500cm ? =50min.totally
      But in last climb he reached the top so no chance to slip down there.
      So we minus 1minute.
      50-1=49min. So ans is 7.49am.

        in second question why man speed 20+X, bus always greater than man na?
        here i thought 20 * 10/60 = X *8/60

        finally we got X = 25.. so 25-20 = 5 k/h
