The examination will be held in two phases i.e. Preliminary Examination and Main Examination. The RRB Scale I Preliminary Exam is scheduled on 11th, 12th & 18th of August 2018. And RRB Assistant Preliminary Exam is scheduled on 19th, 25th August & 1st September 2018. Details of the exam are as under:

Directions (1-5):
Ten friends A, B, C, D ,E ,F , G , H , I and J are sitting around a rectangular table in such a way that four of them sit at the corners, two each on the longer sides and one each on the smaller sides of the rectangle but not necessarily in the same order. Some of them are facing the center while some of them are facing outside the center. Not more than two friends sitting adjacent to each other faces the same direction. Each person likes different numbers i.e. 1 ,2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 , 7 , 8 , 9 and 10 but not necessarily in the same order. E sits on the immediate left of D but he is not an immediate neighbour of C. A and E both faces the same direction. The one who likes number 7 sits on the immediate left of the one who likes number 6. D and G sit diagonally opposite to each other and faces opposite directions. H likes neither number 6 nor number 5. The one who likes number 8 sits on the immediate right of J, who likes number 9. Only Five of them face the same direction. The one who likes number 6 sits second to the left of C. Only two among the four sitting on the four corners are not facing the center. H sits on the immediate left of I. A sits at one of the smaller side and third to the right of F. D likes number 1 and sits third to the left of the one who like number 4. I sits on the immediate right of the one who likes number 5 . E likes number 10 and sits second to the left of the one who like number 2. J is not an immediate neighbour of A, B or F. J sits on the immediate right of C, who is not facing the center. J is one of the four friends who sit at the corners. D sits third to the left of I.
