Reasoning Test for SBI PO 2018 Prelim Exam – Set 19

Hello Aspirants

State Bank of India (SBI) is going to conduct examination for its recruitment for the post of Probationary Officers (SBI PO 2018) for a total of 2000 vacancies.

The examination will be held in three phases i.e. Preliminary Examination, Main Examination and Group Exercise & Interview. The Preliminary Exam is scheduled on 1st, 7th & 8th of July 2018. Details of the exam are as under:

Directions (1-6):
Eight friends Akash , Bani , Caira , Dia , Eli , Farah , Garima and Harsh are sitting in a straight line with equal distances between each other , but not necessarily in same order.Some are facing north and some are facing south.All have different ages , 31 , 26 , 23 , 21 , 19, 17 , 16 and 14,not is same order.Each of them like different Each of them likes different alphabets viz., B, G , R , W , K , N , P and Y. Akash sits at one of the extreme ends of the line.Only three friends sits between Akash and Garima.Eli sits exactly between Akash and Garima.Harsh sits third to right of Eli.Bani is an immediate neighbour of Harsh and faces south.Caira sits second to the right of Farah.Caira is not an immediate neighbour of Garima.Immediate neighbour of Garima face opposite directions (If one neighbour faces north ,then other neighbour faces south and vice versa).Akash and Dia face the same direction as Eli (i.e. If Eli faces north,then Akash and Dia also faces north and vice versa). Both the immediate neighbours of Eli faces south.Three friends sits between Bani and 16 yr old. 23 yr old sits immediate left of Bani. Three friends sits between 26 yr old and Caira.The difference of ages of neighbours of Caira is 15. Neither Bani nor Caira is youngest.Bani is elder than Caira. The difference of ages of neighbours of Garima is 7. The one who likes alphabet B sits at one of the extreme ends of the line.There are two friends sitting between the one who likes alphabet B and the one who likes alphabet W. There are two friends sitting between the one who likes alphabet K and the one who likes alphabet W.The 21 yr old does not like alphabet K.The friend who likes alphabet P sits immediately left or right to the friend who likes alphabet K.Only one friend sits between the friend who likes alphabet R and Eli.
