Reasoning Test for SBI PO 2018 Prelim Exam – Set 66

Hello Aspirants

State Bank of India (SBI) is going to conduct examination for its recruitment for the post of Probationary Officers (SBI PO 2018) for a total of 2000 vacancies.

The examination will be held in three phases i.e. Preliminary Examination, Main Examination and Group Exercise & Interview. The Preliminary Exam is scheduled on 1st, 7th & 8th of July 2018. Details of the exam are as under:

Directions (1-5):

Nine students- A, B, C , D , E, F , G , H and I live on separate floors of a 9-floor building. Ground floor is numbered 1, first floor is numbered 2 and so on until the topmost floor is numbered 9. Each one of these is travelling to different state of India viz. UP , MP , HP , TN , Gujarat , JK , Sikkim , Kerala and Manipur but not necessarily in the same order. Only five people live above the floors on which A lives. Only one person lives between A and the one travelling to JK. F lives immediately below the one travelling to MP. The one travelling to MP lives on an even numbered floor. Only three people live between the ones travelling to JK and HP. E lives immediately above C. E is not travelling to HP. Only two people live between B and the one travelling to Gujarat. The one travelling to Gujarat lives below the floor on which B lives. H is travelling to Kerala and lives on floor no. 8. The one travelling to UP does not live immediately above or immediately below B. D does not live immediately above or immediately below A. I travelling to Manipur and lives immediately above H. G does not travel to TN.
