In Q 9 i think Options much more suitable then C bcoz dhekhte he to nhi identify kr sktha ki vo patahn h so first option jyda btr h

past tense me baat ho rhi hai na …debts past me pay kiye and proceeding bhi past me hi thi to tense use karte hum jo wo same hona chhaiye ..consistent grammar
