        In comparison ‘the’ article don’t use. The article use when given of the two condition

          ‘The more’ is used in a rhetorical style that is common in modern writing. ‘The most’ is not used because the author is not sure – and maybe he doesn’t want to say with confidence – if Pakistan is the most difficult member of the South Asian community, but he wants to convey that Pakistan is more difficult than most other members.
