see the first sentence says u meet new people at meetings so simply it has to be followed by a sentence saying something about these people right ??
so R is the perfect option for this and R says we have to remember the names of all of them and Q says it become so difficult for us but people like it when they listen their names and it should be like this only as remembering names of new people gives them a kind of validation that they are important so Q ,P and S follows R .
