shubhra mam if they select on merit for mains on an all India level prelims(10times of category in MERIT means 37000 general candidates from rank 1to 37000 in general category all over india) for mains irrespective of states vacancies required…
now suppose most candidates in merit comes from two three specific states constitute most of the merit list and they have their choices as these very specific states..
then In last stage of process will SBI will not fall short on candidates require for VACANCIES in other states?

        1. Yes correct
But this will be the case with prelims na
In Mains cutoff in some states will be high, in some less. They must be having their criteria to choose. Don’t think about that, that is their work 🙂
Prepare for yourself. All the very best:))

shubra goel mam please post this
it is clear from the release of the ibps annual calendar that plastic sheet may be used because in calendar they have mentioned that thumb impression is to be uploaded as after using plastic sheets biometrics become difficult.
Also some candidates write the questions on rough sheet and take the sheet out of the centre this tends to disclose the nature of questions asked.
but it is not a good substitute for paper sheets there are more disadvantages
ibps thinks that the confidentiality of exam is supreme😏
please everyone support and make every candidate aware about this step of ibps
you can lodge your complaints here:
I am not posting this to create any rumour.
I know in the mean time candidates will adapt themselves to this change but there are other alternatives available to this like tight security so no one can take paper sheet along with them outside exam Hall
but upcoming exams may have this type of change to continue.
so please register your complaint as soon as possible as this can make ibps to withdraw this rule.
I haven’t heard till now of any other exam in India using this way to recruit candidates.

          2. yes, will notify students
