O lives to the immediate west of W and on an even numbered floor.
No one lives to the east of N who lives on an odd numbered floor. Two persons live between R and U in same flat number. R lives above U. Neither O nor W lives to the immediate neighbour of R. Q lives immediately above W in same flat number. V does not live on same floor on R and P lives. M lives one of floor above X and not in the east of T.

3. Only two floors are between floors which contain flat size of area 50sq ft each and floor 4.
Hence, floor 1 has 15 flats. Neither floor 2 nor floor 1 contains 10 flats.
This is not possible in case 1. So, case 2 is correct. 4. The number of floors between the floor number 5 and floor which has 5 flats is equal to the number of floors between floor number 7 and which contains 4 flats. Floor which has 5 flats is below the floor which has 4 flats. One of the floors has 6 flats.

Hence, floor 2 has 6 flats.
