    9/10 wats diff. b/w gain/ utilize time in 1st one .

      bohot hi minute diff hai.. by walking on foot time ka to loss hi hoga, so us time ko utilize krna nhi keh sakte..
      But gain time means – obtain extra time to achieve something by deliberate delaying tactics. (Google definition).. means on foot jake time delay kr k we want to achieve something,, example: to think of some excuse etc. So between c and d , D) wins
