          for q 4) make the figure..u will clearly understand…135 degree sahi se banana…
          for q 10),there are two scenarios…first is order between roger and rafael is roger then rafael.Since,rafael is 11th,roger would be 5th person to enter the class.Since,10 people enter the class after roger,so there are now 15 people.
          second scenario is,order between roger and rafael is rafael then roger.IN this case,rafael is 11th,roger would be 17th person to enter the class,10 people enter after roger,there would be 27 people total.

            Yes i also got 2 solutions ..i.e. 15 and 27…and both are in options also..so here can;t be determined is suitable choice
