At the time of birth of new born baby the total age of family 155+ (2*5)=165.
The present total age of family 165+ (1*6) =171
Then 3 years hence, the average age of the family =171+ (6*3)/6

10 year ago the average of all the 25 employees in an IT company was 45 years. 4 years ago, the MD of the company retired from the post at the age of 60 years. so after one year a new MD whose age was 54 years recruited from outside. the present average age of all the employees is, if MD is also considered as a employee:

The present average age of all the employees=45+10=55
Total age of all the employees =25*55=1375
