The price of goods and services will also reduce to a significant extent so this system will prove to be very beneficial for the economy .It is estimated that the GST would help our economy to earn $15billion in a financial year as it will reduce burden on central and state governments and improve exports as well .
Negative : According to the economists, GST will impact the real estate market and increase the prices of new homes by 8%.Also GST is a confusing term for where double tax are charged under the name of one single tax and GST levied states as SGST and central as CGST are nothing but represent older terms of Indirect taxes in new words .
There are approximately 140 countries where GST has already been implemented and it impacts a nation both ways good and bad so ignoring negative aspects,positive impacts should be taken into consideration to improve the economy.
