There are 7 cricketers named – A B, C, D, E, F and G. They all retired in different years – 2000, 2003, 2009, 2011, 2014, 2016, and 2020 but not necessarily in the same order. Also all had different ages when they retired – 33, 36, 39, 40, 44, 46, and 47 but not necessarily in the same order.
B retired just after C in 46 years and in an even year. There is a 6 years difference between B’s and D’s retirement. G retired in the year when B was 35 years old. A who is 1 year older than F retired in the year when F was 32 years old. F retired somewhere after G. At least 1 person retired between G and F. D is 1 year older than F. G is as much older than C as he is than E.

    There is 6 years difference between B and D so if we see the years given we get the combinations 2003/ 2019 and 2014/2020, both have 6 years difference between them but B retired in an even year so we have two cases here. B retired just after C.

    In first case, B is 46 in 2014, so he was 35 in 2003, so G can be placed here.
    In second case, B is 46 in 2020, so he was 35 in 2009, so G can be placed here

    Now, F retired somewhere after G. At least 1 person retired between G and F. So Case 2 gets cancelled. And in case 1:

    Now, from A who is 1 year older than F retired in the year when F was 32 years old. Means if A retired in 2000 and F is 32 in 2000, then F is 48 in 2016 when he retired, but 48 age is not given. Next, if A retired in 2009 and F is 32 in 2009, then F is 39 in 2016 when he retired, and 39 is given also. So F is 39 in 2016 and A retired in 2009 – F is 32 here, so A is 33 in 2009. Also, D is 1 year older than F, So D is 40 years old in 2016 and 44 years old in 2020. So now:

    Last, G is as much older than C as he is than E. This means C and E share same age. And we are left with 36, 40 and 47. Now apply these 3 ages to E and find which case makes sense.
    If E is 36 in 2000, so C is 36 in 2000, then in 2011, C should be 47. So this makes the case. Final:
